Under emergency liquefied oxygen tank has ability of safe discharging must be a solved security arrangement.This article studys on safe discharging in 20m3 liquefied oxygen tank, and draws some conclusions.(1) Analyse the reason of vacuum failure in liquefied oxygen tank, analyse thermal leakage under 4 kinds of conditions when vacuum failing, and gain largest thermal leakage amount(25kW).(2) Analyse thermodynamic process in liquefied oxygen tank under emergency, establish mathematic-physical mode of underwater discharging of liquefied oxygen and vaporized oxygen. Disperse the mode and establish numerical mode. Program for the numerical mode.(3) Modify some parameters with the first underwater experiment data, in order to make the mode reflect practical process better.(4) With the modified mode calculate overpressure discharging process of liquefied oxygen and vaporized oxygen under different coefficient of fullness and different back pressure.
