In this paper, Scenedesmus obliquus, Selenastrum capricormutum, Chlorella pyrenoidosa Chick, Daphnia magna Straus and Moina Mongolica Daday were the test organism, and a series of Eco-Effects test were established. This thesis aims to evaluate acute and chronic Eco- toxicological assessment on river water and sediment of Suzhou Creak and on similated offing water in different salinity with plankton as test organism, and also provides the evaluation standard for environmental organisms. The results obtained as follows:1. Compared with suburb section of Suzhou Creak, river water from cantonal section showed inhibitive effect on the plankton, with some site reaching statistically significant differences. And also the data with 21-days chronic test for Zhejiang Road with D.magna showed statistically significant...
