Base on the Yu's EET and Cheng'improved TFD theory and used the calculation methods of alloying valence electron theory, the phase and phase interface valence structures of austenitic stainless steel under high and room temperature states are calculated. By the phase valence electron structures of high-heat austenitic, the influences of alloying elements(especially Ni,Mn) on the phase transformation of austenite stainless steel are analyzed, and the essence that the alloying elements of Ni, Mn and so on can form and stabilize austenite is disclosed. The valence electron structures of Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 phases are calculated, and the formation mechanism of the passivating film and its influence on the corrosion resistance of Austenitic stainless steel are expatiated.By the phase interface valence structures of cold-shaping austenitic stainless steel, the mechanisms that the influences of the phase interface valence electron structures on keeping the corrosion resistance performance of cold-shaping austenitic stainless are explained. Through the researches in this paper, the new viewpoint and theory to discuss the corrosion resistance of Austenitic stainless steel are successfully advanced at the electrontic structure level.
