| Disquisition on vibration cutting in cutting machine is provided with significance of spanning times, which is milestone in printing. Everything has two sides, including vibration cutting in cutting machine. Finding in research, vibration cutting can bring phenomena of baleful vibration, so it influences cutting quality, life of reamer and working stability of machine. For insuring validity and propagability in new cutting technics, a question for discussion intents on taking the edge off phenomena of baleful vibration in cutting. Content and innovation are in what follows:First, introducing traditional cutting technics and analyzing optimizing cutting ameliorative method, what educe machine of vibration cutting.Second, we expatiate on theory of vibration cutting of cutting machine. According to vibration theory, analyzing effect which power machine engender confirms primary baleful vibration in cutting. That is objective of vibration isolation. It provides foundation for design of vibration isolation. According to theory and trait of vibration isolation means, choose way of restraining baleful vibration of cutting technics. We adopt vibration isolation.Third, founding blade dynamics model, according to theory and trait of vibration isolation, we can assure condition of vibration isolation.Fourth, establishing test-bed of vibration testing, according to vibration response of test and experimentation mode analysis identify idiocratic model parameter of blade, such as proper frequency, damp, and so on.Fifth, according to various intrinsic parameter of basis of shock absorption and confirm type, parameter, material and configuration of absorber.Sixth, according as method vibrancy test, Matlab, C++ Builder, basic of signal analysis and disposal, deferent signal of sense organ as disquisitive object, examine and investigate capability of vibration cutting in cutting machine and damping effect, consummate design of absorber.Our task is funded by shaanxi province ministry of education.
