Nanosized particles are the ultrafine particles ranging in sizes from 1nm to 100nm. .With decreasing the particle sizes,atoms on surfaces of the particle increases dramatically, resulting in quantum size effect, surface effect, volume effect and unique physical&chemical properties,Therefore,They are promising in catalytic reactions and selective separation.Zeolite membranes,as a sort of novel inorganic membranes, have attracted much interest during the past decade on account of their potential for acid-alkali catalytic activity and high separation selectivities as well as their thermal and chemical stability. Conversions of reactants and reaction rates can be improved by using the zeolite membrane as a reactor or catalytic distillation packings.The influences of factors on the formation of nanoparticle NaY molecular sieve and zeolite Y membranes including non-thermal-plasma treatment to the support were investigated. The influence of reaction condition on the physical-chemistry characteristics and the images of nanoparticle NaY molecular sieve and zeolite Y membranes were investigated by XRD, SEM .IR.The results show that the factors including aging time, crystallization period and crystallization temperature influence on the formation of nanoparticle NaY molecular sieve. The results have shown that nanoparticle NaY molecular sieve can be obtained by 8h crystallization after 19h aging under 100℃. The factors, including non-thermal-plasma treatment to the support , ways of seeding, aging time, crystallization period and water content, influence on the formation of Y membranes. The results have shown that the plasma treatment resulted in compact zeolite membranes. In addition, uniformed membranes can be obtained by 9h crystallization after 9h aging and once synthesis under certain water content. The surface of seeded support changed evidence after non-thermal-plasma treatment, uniformed membranes can be obtained by suited non-thermal-plasma treatment.
