Dealing with maritime oil spills, the oil boom is a commonly used and well-established equipment. However, due to the impact of the wind, waves and currents and other factors, which often led to the interception column extracted oil from the oil boom go, thereby obstructing oil failure. Using the VOF method of commercial Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT, simulating the traditional solid monomer oil boom interception in the failure process, and made more reasonable and effective results. On this basis, optimize its shape (here is to optimize the skirt of oil boom), then receive a total of 18 different types of oil booms. Under the same conditions in terms of these optimization of the numerical simulation of oil booms, the results of comparison and analysis of the pressures and forces to explain its own shape on the effect of interception oil.Now more than double oil boom is a commonly used form, but the effect of the oil column spacing is a major factor affecting interception. So this paper, double-column spacing of oil boom do what the value of a further study. On the basis of previous column spacing to draw deep column 8.0~10.0 times the column, through two different viscosity of the oil, we can study the different oil viscosity on the effects of the oil column spacing to intercept. Another is to remain the column spacing, but to change the different composition of the two bodies of double oil boom, and research its effects of oil interceptions. Now people for the failure of oil booms blocked oil is mainly based on the two-phase flow numerical simulation, the oil-water. However, there are sea wind, waves and others factors in actual sea. So the last part of the air-water-oil existence of a three-phase simulation. First, using a sinusoidal C language procedure into FLUENT...
