Mineral resources is important for the development of economics, from now to thebeginning of next century, with the increasing of industry and the growth of population, thequantity of mineral resources we deplete will rise quickly. The study analyzes characteristics of mineral districts in our country, decompounds the ecological environment system into atmosphere system, water system, noise system and land-use system. Based on consulting with many professionals representative indexes are chosen. Considering the complexity, integrity and completion of environment problems, that is the information people get from outside is not completed, this study uses grey systems for evaluating ecological environmental quality of mineral districts. Meanwhile, since the numbers of indexes of each system are different, the study uses grey statistical strategy, pollution load ratio strategy for evaluating different systems of ecological environmental quality.This study integrates theories and demonstration, offers reference for evaluation of ecological environmental quality. Through evaluation of ecological environmental quality actuality and evolvement rules of mineral districts are got and we can also know which index is the weakest index of ecological system. So that protection and renovation of ecological environment can be carried on according to the results of evaluation, which is just the significance of this study in the long term.
