Massive research and the practice had done about the fly ash and the sewage sludge agricultural utilization in our country. Lots of the scholar's findings indicated that:the nutrition elements of the fly ash and the sewage sludge are higher than those of the soil, which can provide nutrition to the soil after amend; after amended the bulk densities of the soils decreased, the corresponding porosity increased; the particle-size distribution was much reasonable; also may enhance the microorganism activeness, enhance the soil fertility. But the sewage sludge includes some heavy metal, which is harmful to the environment and the humanity. It is one of hindrance factors that whether the heavy metal will pollute the underground-water or not through long-term eluviation. Based on the improvement effect, using the eluviation experiment in the laboratory simulate the process of the eluviation in the soil.The amended object is the Calcareous Soil which is collected in Lu Quan,Hebei. Calcareous Soil PH is higher, water-holding capacity and fertilizer-holding capacity is worse than well-balance soil. Calcareous Soil is extremely easy to evaporate and forming hardens splits in the soil surface.The amended Calcareous Soil which soil texture, the mineral ingredient, the saturated moisture content and water-holding capacity had been improved. After amended, the soil saturated moisture content is improved by 1.3 times and 1.1 times.The potted plant experiment result showed that, during the experiment period, the corn's diameter and height are obviously bigger than the corn which without amended. After the potted experiment, the corn which grows in the amended soil, its stem's dry weight,root's dry weight are bigger than the one without amended.The result of the eluviation experiment in the laboratory indicated that:The content of heavy metal in the eluviation water is lower than the ground water quality standards III by far.In the article, emphatically from the aspect of the fly ash's physical and the chemical adsorption function to the heavy metal, the Calcareous Soil's adsorption function to heavy metal and heavy metal' migration ability in soil profile to analysis discussion this phenomenon.
