Synthesised of polysulfides using FCC gasoline and sulfur in the high-pressure kettle. Selected catalyst, the effect rule of catalyst mass, mol ratio of sulfur and FCC gasoline, reaction temperature and reaction time on synthesization were investigated. By Orthogonal design, confirmed the optimum synthesization condition. Impregnated the catalyst using sulfide olefin and sulfur, investigated the effect rule of imprenation method, mixed sulfided agent quantity, impregnation temperature, impregnation time, sulfur-to-sulfided olefin mol ratio on presulfided catalyst sulfur content,sulfur retention ratio and catalyst crashing ratio, confirmed the optimum imprenation condition. Activated the presulfided catalyst by Gas-phase batch sulfurization, feasibility research for this method, investigated activated temperature,constant temperature time and up-temperature velocity on presulfided catalyst sulfur ratio and catalyst activity. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, intensity, coke formation and auto-thermal test. Compared the catalysts activaty by in-situ and ex-situ on 100mL hydrotreating set.Experiment results indicated that sulfided agent had high sulfur content, wide decompose temperature, low viscosity in the best condition. Sulfided olefin and sulfur firstly mixed together, then impregnated the catalyst using the mixed agent, impregnation condition was mol ration of mixed agent and theoretics value 1.4:1, sulfur-to-sulfided olefin mol ratio 1:1, 170℃imprenation 3h, the presulfided catalyst sulfur content 11.25%, sulfur retention ratio 75.67%, catalyst crashing ratio 1.60%.By the feasibility research, Gas-phase batch sulfurization was feasible. catalyst sulfur ratio was 84.30% by procedure up-temperature. 100mL hydrotreating activity evaluation indicated that catalyst activaty by in-situ and ex-situ was almost the same.
