In terms of primary concern,this article comprises two parts. The first part deals with the impacts of various factors on the plating ration and the second part takes the impacts of various factors on the life-span of plating solution.In the first part ,when plating solution is kept stable, the properties of plating film are perfect and the plating film is high phosphorus ,a better formula and a process condition are found out and they can increase the plating ration and in the second part ,how to maintain and regenerate plating solution is got through experiment,which can reach the destination of prolonging the life-span of plating solution.The process and parameters of acid system, high phosphorus, long life-span plating solution are found through experiments of the two parts,and the process has been successfully used in the area of heat exchanger corrosion resistance in petrochemical industry.Methodologies of the first part as follows:The elaboration of electroless nickel plating mechanism comes before the propostion of a dynamic formula ,v=f(T,pH,CNi2+,CRed,CORed,,O/V,K,B,S,η,s,D,n1,n2,…).Which is adopted to control deposit ration.In discussing the impact of temperature on the deposit ration,baced on Arrhenius Formula k=AeRT ,the optimal range of temperature is got through an experiment in which concentration and other factors are considered to be invariable;in discussing the impact of concentration and on the plating speed,the impact is got through experiments according to Gibbs-Helmholtz Equation and Arrhenius Formula;the plating speed is in direct proportion to the concentration of sodium hypophousphite;in a low range of concentration ,the speed increases when the concentration of nickel rises;and the speed keeps unchanged when the concentration changes in a certain range .And experiments which are made to illustriate other factors affecting the plating speed can also bring the optimal value and the optimal process condition when other factors are considered to be invariable.Methodologies of the second part as follows:It comes first that the life-span of plating solution is controlled by many factors;and after it ,solution allowances and maintaining parameters are got through experiments.There are three methods of regeneration plating solution which are concluded through experiments and they are :Low-temperature crystallization method,Quantitative renewal method and Calcium oxide method.These methods are especially implementable in large area plating and successfully used in practical production.
