The paper mainly studied the continuous cooling transformation curve after deformation and mechanical property after cold deformation of drawing low carbon steel that produced by"CSP-Cold rolling"technology of Han Steel. The study content included that:(1)the continuous cooling transformation curve was measured and the technological parameter's effect on CCT curve was studied; (2)the relationship between controlled cooling technological parameter and micrometer was analysed through measuring the microstructure of specimen. (3) the effect of cold deformation technological parameter on mechanical property and microstructure was studied.The continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curve was constructed chiefly by means of dilatometry. By the use of THERMECMASTOR-Z thermal simulation machine,the temperature-dilatation curve was measured. Base on the curves'characteristic points,we can make certain the phase transformation points of austenite and the dynamic continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curve of steel was determined. The microstructure was observed and analysed by metallographical experiment.Cold deformation was done on specimen by duo mill,based on tensile experiment, the variable regularity of mechanical property after cold deformation under different condition was measured and investigated.Combined with the metallographical experiment,the microstructure of different direction was analysed.The result gives valuable theoretical reference to Han steel production technology control of drawing low carbon steel.
