The driving axle produced by hydro-bulging , which can satisfy the lightweight for manufacturing of vehicle,having reasonable distribution of thickness and higher stiffness and intensity,reducing the working procedure,improving the working condition,saving materials,have prosperous economic situation and extensively applied foreground.But the research on theory and technics is more skinful,it's necessary to make further research on these fields.This paper introduces the classify and the direction of development,erect die is made to improve the function of traditional die.Supercharger and charger are mounted inside of the die,to low the cost and the secure hidden troubleIt's done lots of experiment to research the course of bulge,made proper scheme to meet the need of experiment.It's got perfect part finally in different loading route.According to the result,analyzing the effected factor for deformation,trying out the correct relationship between the feed in axial direction and the pressure.Finally,it's got proper loading route,and analyzing the distributed law of thickness.Finally,numerical stimulation for the course of bulge have been done based on ANSYS.According to the experiment,we decide the boundary condition and loading style,analyse the effect in different loading route and the distributed law of stress and strain,draw the deformed limit of stress,validate the reliability of the stimulation.This paper do deeply test research on the hydro-bulging driving axle, and analyse the forming law based on ANSYS.It provides reference for actual production.
