The large-scale purification process of Human recombinant interferonα2ahas been set up by comparing with those separate technology of chromatography.SDS-PAGE proved that 25.64% IFN was expressed in E.Coil as inclsion bodies.The inclsion bodies were separated from cytoplasm by ultrasonication.A fter denaturation and renaturation, they were purifiedby ion exchange,hydrophobic,gelfiltration chrimat-ography.The final product were IFNⅣ.From SDS-PAGE pattern,the purity reached 98.30%.the specific acti-viy reacjed 1.4×108IU/mg. Its molecular weight was 18341 as determined by SDS-PAGE.Others character-ization came up to Tests for the Control of biological products.The preparative.process is good in stability and is easy to operate.It is low consumption and suit-able for large-scale production.
