Odor is a kind of extensive influenced public disaster. Finding reasonable harnessing approach and control method has become an important subject in the world. Biological purification technology process of purifying odor waste gas has developed in recent years.Comparing with the traditional purification technology process, biology method has many advantages, such as equipments simpleness, saving investment, running costs low and there is no re-pollution. In this paper, sulfureted hydrogen is regarded as the research object, many correlated researchs of biological treatment deodorization are studied.Firstly, compared with the coking plant wastewater, the nearby soil of the coking plant wastewater and the activated sludge in aeration basin in sewage treatment plant, the activated sludge in aeration basin in sewage treatment plant is found that it is better than the other tow bacterium source in the the refuse desulfurization experiment, the hybrid combination of H1 +J1 is confirmed to cary on the further experiments as the high efficient bacterias after taming, separating and screening of the activated sludge .Secondly, a horizontal biotrickling filter is applied for the treatment of sulfureted hydrogen, biological porcelain granules are used as stuffing, waste watter treatment plant's activated sludge is used to seed, and intermittent spraying is adopted. When the gas residence time is 84s that the system's removal efficiency achieves to 90% above with the biggest concentration of enter gas of sulfureted hydrogen is up to 1200 mg/m3 and the biggest volume removal loading rate is 60g/(m3·h).Finally, use H1 +J1 high efficient bacterias to seed . AT the same operational circumstance, H1+J1 high efficient bacterias seeding system has shorter gas residence time than the sludge seeding system at the same H2S enter concentration and the same removal efficiency conditions. Treating the concentration of 1200 mg/m3 of sulfureted hydrogen, sludge seeding system's gas residence time is 84s, while H1+J1 high efficient bacterias seeding system's gas residence time is just 32s.Within the Range of biological treatment of waste gas, the microbial films removal loading is brought forward in order to compare various processing method conveniently. The experimental results indicate that the sludge seeding system's microbial films removal loading is 13.09 mg/(g·h) while H1+J1 high efficient bacterias seeding system's microbial films removal loading is 34.83 mg/(g·h), which proves that high efficient bacterias have upper superiority.This experimental studies has showed that using a horizontal biotrickling filter is feasible in technology; adopting screening and separating bacterias enhanced system's efficiency of the treatment of H2S, and using high efficient bacterias abbreviated systematic treating time, which indicates that high efficient bacterias are very useful and are worth making further research .
