In sulfuric acid production process, the purification of the gas that contain fluorine is important to protects the equipments, and it is also very important to ensures the normally production. But along with the corrosion-resistant materials is constantly development, the study of removal fluorine in vitriol's production process become less and less. In recent years, more and more non-ferrous metal metallurgy enterprise using the overseas raw materials which contain high fluorine consistency. Some of this high-fluoride-containing materials brought prodigious harms, or even lead to the accident. In this article, according to the research that disposed of the high-fluoride-containing pollution technology, we want to development one method which cost-effective to removal fluoride.In the course of this study, we draw on and analysis of the related enterprises methods, particularized the fluoride's harmful to the acid production process. Aim at the universal porcelain's corrupt in sulfuric acid production, simulated one gas that contain fluoride on the corrosion of porcelain ring, found that the abruptly increased of fluoride is the vital reason to the corrupt of porcelain in drying tower in short time. Based on the synthetical analysis of literature, and contrast the results studies with actual production, point out that in acid washing purification system fluoride is not simply absorbed, but is under the certain conditions, the absorption and resolving process alternant. So that fluoride moved from purification system to the drying system, caused the harm to the back equipments followed.When research the move of fluoride in acid production systems, we use for reference the results that concluded in the similar conditions, confirm the form of fluoride in acid production systems, determination the distributing of fluoride in decontamination process, sum up all ordinary methods for removal fluoride, against our factory's practical situation we present the concept of three-stage and four-layer method to removal fluorine. At the end, we make the processing parameter optimization, and development the removal fluorine technology of decontamination process. This technique are application in our factory, and it is certified that this method have many merits, such as the raw materials is cheap and can easy get it, the efficiency of removal fluoride is very good, the process is short, the investment of equipment is small and can be operated expediently. This technology have the value to popularize.
