Portland clinker made by various process, three kinds of admixture available, cement fineness parameter and mixture ratio of gypsum, the cement compatibility with super plasticizer was researched by adjusting the above four kinds parameter of cement .The four kinds of super plasticizer were selected for experiment containing two ammonobase super plasticizes and two naphththyl super plasticizes. The results showed compatibility of 6# kiln clinker with super plasticizer was the best, because of the less C3A. content, the second clinker was from wet kiln and 5 # kiln clinker followed it. if the cement specific surface area were less than 400kg/m2, the influence on the cement compatibility with super plasticizer is slight with the increasing of specific surface area ; when the cement specific surface area were more than the 400kg/m2 , the cement compatibility with super plasticizer was obviously worse. The primary fluidity of paste decreased with the increasing of specific surface area and the loss of fluidity was so at 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Incorporating blast furnace slag the cement compatibility with super plasticizer was better, but the other admixture were incorporated the compatibility were worse contrasting Portland cement. The serial of the admixture effect on compatibility descending was blast furnace slag, gangue, cinder. In factory various admixture should be mixed together in a suitable proportion in order to produce excellent cement. When the SO3 content in cement was less than 1.91%, the loss of the cement paste fluidity with ammonobase super plasticize or naphththyl super plasticize was greater at 30minutes or 60minutes. When gypsum was added to 5 percents the paste fluidity was not obvious change with increasing gypsum dosage.
