In this paper, the synthetic wastewater treatment technology was studied to removenitrogen by immobilized anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) bacterium in baffledreactor, and the united nitrogen removal technology of shortcut nitrification and anammoxwas also studied, as well as the phosphorus removal technologyin denitrification. The resultsfromabundantexperimentdataweresummarizedasfollows:Aftertheanammoxprocessinanaerobicbaffledreactor(ABR)withanammoxbacteriumentrapped in sodium alqinatethe has run for 60 days, the concentration of nitrite droppednotably from 70mgN·L-1 to 1mgN·L-1 and ammonium from 70mgN·L-1 to 5mgN·L-1. Thenitrogen removal rate of nitrite and ammonium reached 98.6% and 92.9% compared with95% of total nitrogen and the removal velocities were 15.3mgN·L-1·d-1 and 14.4mgN·L-1·d-1respectively. The investigation of the process in ABR indicated that it run more effectivelywiththepHvaluebetween7.1and7.5than7.8.Nitriteaccumulatedintheconditions ofpHvalue8,dissolveoxygen (DO) concentration0.5mg·L-1 , effective chlorine 4mg·L-1 and temperature 20℃~25℃. In the united techonolgyof shortcut nitrification in rotating disk reactor and anammox in composed baffled reactor, ammonium was removed 99% compared with 90.5% of total nitrogen with the temperaturebetween 20℃and 25℃when the original ammonium concentration of synthetic wastewaterwas100mgN·L-1.Accordingto the investigation of denitrification in SBR, when pH value was 7.5 and thenitrite concentration was 40mgN·L-1, the denitrification velocity could reach14.8mgN·g-1(MLSS)·h-1.And the results also showed that 50% of total phosphorus was accumulated from wastewaterwhentheoriginalnitriteconcentrationwas40mgN·L-1.
