Study And Application Of NC Job-Shop Scheduling System Based On Genetic Algorithm

Production scheduling is the foundation of manufacturing system, and its optimization is the core technique of the advanced manufacture and the modern management. Job scheduling has become one of key links of raising the resources utilization ratio and the operating performance for the enterprise. By the application of the shop job-scheduling system, according the shop practical needs, the enterprise resource can be reasonably distributed and scheduled, therefore the enterprise can save the operating cost and improve on its adaptability for the market changes and enhance the shop operating efficiency.The author researches the shop job scheduling system on the following aspects in detail:1. Trapezoid structure and its each subsystem's constitution and function of shop job-scheduling system are researched, and the integration of shop job scheduling system with the other systems of the enterprise is also discussed.2. Based on the analysis of shop job-scheduling process, the software structure of shop job scheduling system is established, and the analytic emphasis is laid on the job scheduling subsystem based on genetic algorithm. By means of the object-oriented technology, shop job-scheduling model is established, and the implementation of the system database is also presented here.3. Based on genetic algorithm, the job scheduling is researched in detail, and the optimization of its several essential parameters in shop job scheduling is analyzed especially.4. Based on genetic algorithm, the program of shop job scheduling is designed and compiled, and its applicating result is analyzed and proved out.5. By means of C++ builder and Matlab, the system of shop job scheduling is designed and implemented. Its system simulation is accomplished by some practical cases. According to the utilization ratio of the equipments, the delivery time of the products and the total machining man-hour, the simulation results are analyzed and evaluated.On the base of summarizing the dissertation, the developing prospect of shop job scheduling system is put forward in the end.
