The subject comes from atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of lubricating oil in Daqing oil refining factory, this paper is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China. With the development of oil refining in China, crude oil resource is the central factor restricting the development of oil refining. So, an oil refining setting should have the ability of refining the different crude oil. The chemic quality and material data of the crude oil will change, the corresponding process method will change too, so we need modeling and simulation atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, analyze dynamic curve of Vacuum's sidetrack from feed-in to static state.First, the article studies and works out the mathematics theory about building dynamic mathematics of production process and the crude oil element. Via chemic technique calculate, we get the average molecular weight and saturation vapor tension, thereby, we calculate the volatility. Secondly, building the dynamically theory of chemical industry. Then at the base of crude oil product line and oil refining process, we introduce subsection arithmetic to divide vacuum distillation unit into five subsidiary units, each subsidiary unit looks as an individual absolutely, set up rigorous mathematic model to each subsidiary units by MESH equation. Finally, simulate dynamic mathematic model by MATLAB software, and get a series of dynamic curve of Vacuum's sidetrack from feed-in to static state.This model austerely simulating dynamic action of vacuum distillation unit, and the dynamic curve of Vacuum's sidetrack from feed-in to static state. We select second sidetrack which product quantity is biggest, and analyze dynamic curve of Vacuum's sidetrack from feed-in to static state. Thus, the model has more highly application value and directions on theory to the analysis and design of the fractionating column controlling system.
