Molecular imprinting technique (MIT) is a kind of rising technique, it's often described as a way of making a molecular lock to match a molecular key. It can prepare polymers which have a high affinity and selectivity to the imprinted molecules. It has been reported recently that molecular imprinting polymers have a good foreground applied in solid phase extraction, enzyme-mimicking catalyzer, chemical-bionic sensor and so on.We made the sphere molecular imprinting polymers in reversal-phase suspend polymerization according to theory of MIT, which were imprinted with Bovine serum albumin, used vinylpyrrolidone as functional monomer, we did the experiments according to the optimized of technics and tried a kind of crosslinking reagent; we also observed the differences between the productions which are obtained under different conditions. We did the research on adsorption capabilities and selectivity of the mentioned different productions, recycling performance of SMIP and effect of environmental factors such as temperature to their kinetic adsorption capability. It showed that the reversal-phase suspend polymerization we had used can make spheres of good shape. Especially, on the conditions that used toluene as organic phase, the ratio of oil to water was 2.5:1, the amount of vinyl-cellulose was 0.20g, stirred at 300rpm, kept temperature at 40 centigrade, dropped initiator reagent consisted of 0.10gK2S2O8 and 0.05gNaHSO3 in 60 minutes, we could obtain SMIP of good conformation, which had diameter around 480μm and in narrower size distribution. When the ratio of functional monomer to imprinted molecule was 12:1, the morphology of SMIP took on special look and the adsorption amount reached the most, it also had two maximum values and the whole adsorption curve accorded with the adsorption model of Langmiur. The SMIP had very excellent selectivity, adsorption and good recycling performance. We could get a good washed effect with 10%HAc solution contained 1%SDS at 40 centigrade after 24 hours.
