The Mechanism And Practice Of Aerobic Microorganism In Wastewater Purification

For wastewater treatment,biological treatment is one of the broadest use technologies,aerobic biological treatment——activated sludge process is the major wastewater treatment process. There are about 60,000 wastewater treatment plants in the world, more than 30,000 of the plants adopt the activated sludge process, most of the others small plants use stabilization pond system .no matter what type of the treatment construction and what kind of process, all wastewater aerobic biological functions by activated sludge microorganism's metabolism activity, organic substances are oxidized to inorganic substances, sewerage is purified.For this reason, the paper focuses on research"the mechanism and practice of aerobic microorganism in wastewater purification", the factors in environment effects, the action factors of degradation organic matter, the exist species, the relation of microorganism and the effects of wastewater treatment. The large-sized municipal wastewater treatment plant, which adopts activated sludge process, was used as a research base . In nearly two years, by studying the relationships among microorganism existence species state, proportion variation rule, and the effects of large-sized municipal wastewater treatment plant, which use the active sludge process, analyzing and researching a large amount data, we found the relationships of microorganism and the effects of wastewater treatment in aerobic biological treatment.Research results show that when wastewater treatment plant in a good condition, existence of the active sludge microbiologic species is relatively stable, the is a fixed proportion relation between the active sludge microbiologic species simultaneously, according to the growth situation, population quantity, existence proportion of the active sludge microorganism, the quality of the activated sludge and the degree of wastewater purification can be forecast. In addition, according to a kind of the bacteria burst phenomenon with the name"water blooms", and its adaptive characteristics, some unusual situations(the change of dissolved oxygen, toxic substance and so on)in the process operation would be found, and the process would also be adjusted in time, these methods can make sure the effects of wastewater treatment and provide the guide for the operation and management of wastewater biological treatment.
