Thiazoline and thiazine derivatives were paid more attention because of their highly-effective pesticidal, fungicidal and acaricidal activity. In the paper, eight kinds of thiazoline multithioethers, such as 1,2-Bis(2-thiazolin-2-ylsulfanyl) ethane(DTE), 2,2'-(m-Phenylenedimethylenedithio)bis(thiazoline)(DTM),2,2'-(p-Phenylenedimethyle-nedithio)bis(thiazoline)(DTP),2,2'-(o-Phenylenedimethylenedithio)bis(thiazoline)(DTO) 1,4-Bis(2-thiazolin-2-ylsulfanyl)butane(DTBA),1,4-Bis(2-thiazolin-2-ylsulfanyl)butene (DTBE),2,4,6-Trismethyl-1,3,5-tris(2-thiazolin-2-ylsulfanylmethyl)benzene(TTL),2,2'-Bis(2-thiazolin-2-ylsulfanyl)ether(DTOE) and five kinds of thiazine multithioethers, including 1,4-Bis(4,5-Dihydro-1,3-thiazin-2-ylsulfanyl)butane(DQBA),1,4-Bis(4,5-di-hydro-1,3-thiazin-2-ylsulfanyl)butene(DQBE),2,2'-(p-Phenylenedimethylenedithio)bis( 4,5-dihydro-1,3-thiazine)(DQP),2,4,6-Trismethyl-1,3,5-tris(4,5-dihydro-1,3-thiazin-2-yl sulfanylmethyl)benzene(TTQ),2,2'-(m-Phenylenedimethylenedithio)bis(4,5-dihydro-1,3 -thiazine)(DQM) were synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of thiazoline-2-thione and 4,5-dihyo-1,3-thiazine-2-thione with bromides. All these thirteen compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and element analysis. The absolute crystal structures of DTE, DTM, DTBA, TTL, DQBA, DQBE, DQP, TTQ and that of one coordination complex {[Co(DTBE)(NO3)2]}∞were identified by X-ray diffraction.30% water scattered troches of DTP and 30% water scattered troches of DTBE, which can be completely disintegrated in 5 minutes and evenly dispersed, were prepared through the optimum prescription. Suspension percentage can reach up to 85%. The processing technology was simple and the quality can be controlled. The stability of the scattered troche was fine at 54±2°C and the discoposed rate was below 3%. The drug effect experiments of leaves and saplings in the laboratory indicated that water scattered troche of 30% DTP and 30% DTBE can prevent sclerotinia rot of colza and hot pepper plague respectively and the prevent efficiency can reach 88-97%. The suitable applicable concentration is 80ug/ml at room temperature and it is safe for the experimental crops. The suggested proper applicable concentration is 100-200g a.i/hm2 in the field.
