The manufacture level of domestic CNC machine tools is low compared to overseas advanced manufacture level mainly because for low reliability and high failure frequency. Many overseas brands are entering China along with the market expansion of domestic CNC machine tools. Domestic factories must enhance the reliability of domestic CNC machine tools when they compete with overseas brand. The reliability enhancement of CNC machine tools may directly reduce post-sale service expense of production factory and the loss of production suspension and maintenance cost of CNC machine tool users. The reliability enhancement of CNC machine tools also may resist the import, expand the export and increase the foreign exchange earnings.
