In this paper, five different polymorphisms of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) -α,β,γ,ε,δwere prepared by treatment with different solvents. And the process ofα→βtransformation was explained by classic phase transition with solvent. CuPc was dissolved by the method of Lewis acid complexation-mediated solubilization (LAPS), whose mechanism was discussed. The results of research showed that CuPc can form complex with Lewis acid which is soluble in aprotic solvent, leading to CuPc can dissolve in Lewis acid andaprotic solvent. The nanoparticles of CuPc were prepared by LAPS and microfluidize technique. After CuPc was treated by six passes of microfluidizer during the post-processing, the diameter can be diminished by 221nm when the OP-10 was used as dispersant, and the diameter can be diminished by 180nm when the OP-10 and PVP were used as dispersants commonly.Six kinds of metal phthalocyanine (MPc) were prepared by phthalic anhydride method of production. Furthermore, these metal phthalocyanine were dissolved by LAPS, and they were supported on active carbon by impregnation. NiPc/C, Al(OH)Pc/C, ZnPc/C, PtPc/C, FePc/C and CoPc/C were obtained by this method. Finally, these active carbon supported metal phthalocyanine (MPc/C) were characterized by XPS, Surface Area and Porosimetry Analyzer and Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results...
