Nowadays, it has become a crisis to remedy heavy metal contaminated soil to improve soil productivity. Therefore, the study of heavy metals contaminated soil remediation is of profound theoretical and practical significance. The paper is a part of research of soil remediation. Using Solanum nigrum L., one of hyper accumulators, through the studying of its collection of Cd and Zn, find the mechanism of hyper accumulation and efficiency of remediation. On the other hand, by means of a chelate, such as EDTA, and with the help of physical treatment, respectively increase the concentration of Cd in the plant and the biomass. These two factors are the major parts which affect the efficiency of hyper accumulation and can supply the theory and data support.Responses and metal accumulation of Solanum nigrum L. in seedling stage under cadmium/zinc complex polluted conditions were examined based...
