The interacted pollution has been one of the important aspects of the environment science. The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) and heavy metals are the main contamination in soil. Now it is significant for people to study how to prevent the interacted pollution of the PAHs and heavy metals in the soil environment. In this study we chose Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAHs), including Fluoranthene,Phenanthene and Benzo[a]pyrene, and the heavy metals, including Cadmium,Zinc, as target pollutants. The bacteria string was acquired form the soil that polluted by PAHs and heavy metals, and it could degrade PAHs efficiently. Then a further research was carried out on the string to study degradation characteristics. This paper aims to open doors to new ideas and directions for biodegradation of the PAHs in interacted pollution's soil. Results are as follow:...
