Acrylate copolymer emulsions are the products of acrylate or methacrylate which reacts with other vinyl esters through emulsion polymerization. Acrylate polymer emulsions are widely used in the field of optics, physic, biology and chemical engineering etc.In the second sector of dissertation, soap-free emulsion were prepared by using AN,MMA and MAA as monomers, Persulphate and Sodium bisulfite as initator. Further researches were carried out in detail about the factors such as monomer mass ratio, atmosphere and stir speed which all influence on the emulsion polymerization process and performance of emulsion. We focuse on the copolymer P (AN-MMA-MAA) prepared by ionomer P(AN-MMA-MALi) process, and ionomer as gel polymer electrolyte substrate preparation process, and analyze affect of the content of the lithium methacrylate to conductivity and thermal stability of polymer gel electrolyte. The experimental results display that when the mole fraction of MALi in ionomer is 7%, the ion conductivity of the resulted gel polymer electrolyte was 4.99×10-3Scm-1; Analysis of TG displays that when the mass loss percent was 5%, the temperature of all polymer electrolytes have fufiled with the request of the battery electrode.In the third sector of the dissertation, P(AN-MMA-MAA) copolymer qua hyper-dispersant used as titanium disoxide powder and calcium carbonate. Effects of different monomer proportion and dosage of initator on disperivity were studied. The experimental results display that after 1 hour modification of titanium dioxide powder at room temperature, two reaction conditions were optimizied by experimernt as the mole fraction of MAA in copolymer is 11% and dispersive fineness of modified titanium disoxide powde is 10μm, the oil absorption value of the modified calcium carbonate is 27ml/100g.To further improve the surface properties of calcium carbonate, the process of surface modification of calcium carbonate using BYK series dispersant or sodium fatty acid A and hyper-dispersant D as compound coupling agent was studied.
