In order to solve the problem of technology and higher cost in removal dioxin resulting from current waste incinerator, a highly reactive absorbent was prepared by using fly ash, and an"Oxygen-Enriched"highly reactive absorbent was obtained with adding oxidizing substance M. Fixed bed reaction equipment was designed in the lab, the experimental study of removal the model substance of dioxin-like chemicals- trichlorobenzene was proceed using this equipment, and the reaction mechanism was studied. The optimal reaction condition defined in the experiment was: additive content was 4%, oxygen concentration was 10%, the temperature of fixed bed reactor was 350℃and the gas total flow was 100ml/min. The removal efficiency of chlorobenzene-like chemicals exceeded 90%. According to the literature, the removal efficiency of dioxin achieved to 90%~99%. This research provides important theory and technology foundation to the removing of dioxin-like chemicals in flue gas.
