PZT-based piezoceramics have been extensively used in electronic components due to their stable function, the available production and the low cost. But the solid reaction method leads the Pb volatilization heavily and function descending. The sol-gel method have been adopted to prepare the samples in this paper, and material Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48) was prepared. The consistency of liquor, pH value, the jello election that has impact greatly the formation on stable sol-gel was researched. XRD, SEM were adopted to investigate the structure and properties of the samples. The results show that 4mol/L, pH=3, use carbamide as the jello and sintering at 700℃ could abtain the pure Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48) samples. The ceramic's radius that was sintered at 1000℃ was 1-3um.The PZN is a representative relaxation ferroelectric which have the high curie tempareture, excellent function and low synthesis temperature. The PZN-PZT ceramics possess excellent piezoelectric properties as well as satisfied sintering properties. In order to improve the piezoelectric properties for the application of different piezoelectric transformers, the PZN-PZT with Mn dopants on the microstructure and electrical properties were investigated. The result shows that a small mount doping could advance the phase structure changed from tetragonal to rhombohedral, the condensation sintering, and enhance the electrical properties.
