The corrosion is one kind of common failure to the drill tubing, and the painting organic coating is one kind of drill-tubing common methods used in corrosion prevented. The titanium nanometer polymer coating is one kind of new heavy anticorrosion coating, indicated on the drill tubing preliminary application, this coating has the outstanding protection performance. At present the coating anticorrosion performance research mostly uses the conventional methods like piece, soaks, and hangs and so on. Moreover, the research scope mostly concentrates on the coating preparation and in the coating application actual effect. But using the electrochemistry impedance spectrum (EIS) to conduct the thorough research to this coating anticorrosion performance is also quite rare.This article uses the more advanced method (electrochemistry impedance spectrum method) in the coating performance research, in view of the metal substrate, varnish film thickness, the varnish film type, eliminated factor and so on rust rank as well as corrosive medium (XK-252) resists corrosion the performance influence to the titanium nanometer polymer coating to conduct the key research. The EIS charts including prophase,mid-phase and late phase are constructed respectively for each group of samples, and every EIS chart has its own equivalent circuit. Through using Gamry software to analyze each EIS that is fitted with the most suitable equivalent circuit, we can obtain the evolved rules in that parameters, such as coating resistance Rpo, coating electric capacity Cc, substrate metal corrosion response resistance Rt and double electrode layer parameter electric capacity Cdl, change with time. After analyzing every parameter's regular trend, we also conclude that the best to resist corrosoin is Titanium nanometer polymer coating, next is the epoxy glass lamella coating, what relative worse is the epoxy resin varnish. Then, Titanium nanometer polymer anticorrosion performance is appraised deeply.On the basis of anticorrosion experiments above, we have developed a primary analysis of corrosion prevented mechanism. We think that combination in the form of chemisorption and chemical bonding between Titanium nanometer polymer and resin results in one integral molecular structure. Moreover, Titanium nanometer become the crunodes of this net structure, and block the passage of corrosive medium. According to Fick diffusion theory, stronger resistance to the infiltration is, better coating's anticorrosion is. Therefore, we get a conclusion that the main factor that Titanium nanometer polymer has its remarkable performance on anticorrosion is Titanium nanometer polymer's chemisorption and chemical bonding. Simultaneously, Titanium nanometer polymer guarding against dirt and wax is also carried on the laboratory test appraisal. Compared to Ni-P alloy chemical plating and epoxy resin coating, Titanium nanometer polymer's performance guarding against dirt and wax is best, its mechanisms of guarding against dirt and wax are analyzed and discussed preliminarily.
