In this paper, models of metallic creep life predication,especially microscopic models have been presented , containing the research state of void damage. Effects of void evolving on the metallic material damage and the whole creep processes. Based on the void damage, creep law and the aggregate modeling for creep damage formular,the Gurson model has been modified and the creep damage model which can describe the whole creep processes are evaluated, this model can also describe the effects of void evolving on the third stages. The parametric are decided and The model has been applied to simulate the P91 steel creep tests under different stress levels and the simulated results agree with the experimental results substantially.
