In this paper the main content is the analysis of the information asymmetry of the accident loss and the several incidents asymmetric types are summed up in order to make better of the analysis of the accident loss. So the level of the safety management can be enhanced. At first, the overview of the accident loss in the enterprise and the development of the current information economics are introduced. The more serious casualties and the economic losses are caused because of the enterprises accident losses every year, therefore, the analysis of the accident loss of the corporate is particularly important. At the same time, the content of the information asymmetry of the accident loss and significance are summarized in the paper. At second, the information and classification of the accident and the message are briefly defined. The accidents and the accident losses because of the nature are not uniformly defined, so the accident losses is classified in light of the statistical standards of the enterprise workers casualties economic losses. Moreover, the two concepts of the asymmetric information and incomplete information are districted. At third, the general theory of the asymmetric information and the numerical analysis are generated. The definition and the basic form and the causes and the significance of the information asymmetry are included. And the two areas of the accident losses asymmetry are summed up and the least squares function approximation statutory grounds is made use to analyze the a company's accident losses in case of asymmetric information. So the links between content are identified. At last, the views and the conclusions of the paper are summarized and the proposals how to reduce or eliminate the information asymmetry is proposed in order to make the enterprises deeper understand the loss.
