The dust of Twin Deposition Electrode Arc Welding (TDEAW) is considered in this paper. It is promising welding method with high quality and energy saving. However, the welding fume is relatively large during welding, so that the technology is restricted to disseminate.Through the overall structure design and design calculation, a suite of dust cleaning equipment of TDEAW with portability, economy, mobility and practicality is designed by the mode of adopting top air inlet, external type filter, exhaust ventilation, circle bag, cleaning mode of machinery vibration referring to the domestic and foreign data. The suite of dust cleaning equipment of TDEAW mainly consists of fume hood, air inlet pipe, the panel of air flow distribution, the filter chamber, the net chamber, the fan, ash bucket and the device of the ash unlade. The entire equipment used steel-framed structures can move freely with the support of four supporting wheel.The shape of the fume hood is provided for the dust cleaning equipment of TDEAW by analyzing the angle of flare, the height of fume hood and the curved edge radius effecting on the airflow velocity profile of the hood by using the finite element analysis software.The dust cleaning equipment of TDEAW designed in this paper makes important sense to disseminate the technology of the TDEAW.
