In the moderate-thick plates steel rolling process descaling is an essential important step, the descaling quality directly affects the quality of steel plates. In the entire high-pressure water descaling equipment, the nozzle is the key part which causes the high-pressure-low speed current of water to transform into low pressure-high speed water jet. The nozzle structure and the spout shape have significant influence to the water jet's velocity and the magnitude and distributing of the measurement. Therefore, the analysis and research of the nozzle is extremely importantly.CFD is a rapidly growing up discipline with the high development of computer technology in 1960's. In the recent ten years, with the computer technology's swift development, CFD has obtained rapid development and widespread application in many domains. Fluent is a function formidable CFD software. In consideration of every complex flowing physical phenomenon, Fluent uses different discretization form and numerical method to achieve a optimal fit of computation speed, stability and precision in specific domain. And solve the complex flowing computation problem efficiently in every domain.This paper takes the jet of high-pressure water descaling nozzle as the research object, and uses Fluent to simulate the interior and exterior flow field of high-pressure water descaling nozzle, and analyzes the pressure and velocity variety of the interior and exterior flow field. In this paper, the work mainly includes the following contents:(1) Established the integrated jet characteristic experiment table of high-pressure water descaling nozzle. It mainly includes the design of hydraulic-pressure part and the electrically-control part and the choice of key parts.(2) Using 3D nozzle model carries on the simulation of the nozzle interior flow field. Through analyzing the pressure contour-graph and the velocity vector-graph of the nozzle interior flow field, it studies the disciplinarian of the pressure and velocity change of the nozzle interior flow field, and has carried on the examination to the simulation results.(3) Using gas-liquid flow model carries on the simulation of the nozzle exterior flow field. Through the gas-liquid flow simulating of the nozzle exterior flow field, it has analyzed the jet characteristic of the nozzle exterior flow field.(4)Through analyzing the pressure contour-graph and the pressure vector-graph of the nozzle exterior flow field, it studies the pressure characteristic of the ejection flow field outside the nozzle; At the same time, it studies the surrounding air medium's influence to the high speed jet flow sheaf as well as the basic characteristic of each stage of the water jet.
