The analysis of the force parameters of the plate and the establishment of the force energy model are the core task of which contain the power parameters calculation of the rolling process ,the equalization appointment of the load ,the optimization of process specification and the intensity calibrating of the facilities .The article is based on a renovation project of the productivity optimization of the 3000 mm plate mill in Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, and analyses 96 pieces of steel and the 2230 data comparatively and carefully to find the bottlenecks which confining the productivity optimization. It will provide an effective program in transformation in the project. Then based on reading lots of domestic and external documents, the article summarizes the roles of testing technology in the process of rolling and the simple method of measuring roll force and presents develop procedure on mathematical model of rolling process ,analyses its role ,type and method of establishment on rolling process. According to mass measuring data with the existing plate power model as the main base upon, establishes power model of the double mill roll and the four-roll that appliance the plate rolling factory in WISCO .According to analyzing comparatively the mess true data, the accuracy of the model comply with the requirement so it can provide a good reference for the productivity optimization rebuilding project of the Plate Mill.
