Maize stover is abundant feed resources of northeast. The limited of the utilization of the maize stover is the low protein and the high Cellulose. In this paper, we use Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger to ferment the maize stover. There are four zymosis methods: half solid state and moisture culture medium, combination and independent fermentation. Compared with the content of hemicellulose, cellulose, lignin and protein before and after fermentation,we choose the optimum fermentation condition. From the results, we got the following conclusions:(1) After fostering on the malt powder culture medium and maize stover powder culture medium, overlapping lineation raise, lineation raise on the culture medium with nitrogen source and natural culture medium, and raise maize stover with different temperature and different quantity of sample, we got the conclusions:①Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger wouldn`t tie the anti-function.②Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger grow well on the nature culture medium, and they don't need adding the nitrogen source.③The suitable culture temperature of Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger is 30℃.④The suitable liquid cuture medium of Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger contain 6g maize stover powder and 200ml water in the 500ml conical flask.(2) When Candida tropicali fermenting the liquid maize stover culture medium, the content of the hemicellulose decreased by 12.77%, the Protein increased by 86.08% and the Cellulose and the Lignin didn't change. The optimumtime of the fermentation is 3 days. When Candida tropicali fermenting the semi-solid state maize stover culture medium, the content of the hemicellulose decreases by 11.46%, the protein increases by 82.28% and the Cellulose and the Lignin didn't change. The optimum time of the zymosis is 3 days. It shows that the result of Candida tropicali fermenting on the liquid maize culture medium just like fermenting on the half solid state culture medium. The hemicellulose was digested and the content of Protein was increased. The optimum time of the fermentation is 3 days.(3) When Aspergillus niger fermenting the liquid maize stover culture medium, the contain of the hemicellulose and Cellulose decreased by 9.54% and 16.82%, the Protein increased by 86.71% and the Lignin didn't change. The optimum time of the zymosis is 3 days. When Aspergillus niger fermenting the semi-solid state maize stover culture medium, the content of the Cellulose decreased by 36.60%, the Protein increased by 157.91% and the Hemicellulose and the Lignin didn't change. The optimum time of the fermentation is 3 days. It shows that the result of Aspergillus niger fermenting on the liquid maize culture medium different from fermenting on the semi-solid state culture medium. The degeneration rate of the Cellulose and the productivity of Protein fermenting on the semi-solid state culture medium is higher than fermenting on the liquid culture medium. But the degeneration rate of Hemicellulose is lower than fermenting on the liquid culture medium. The optimum time of the fermentation is 3 days.(4) When Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger fermenting the liquidmaize stover culture medium, the contain of the Hemicellulose and Cellulose decreased by 17.09% and 20.73%, the Protein increased by 112.97% and the Lignin didn't change. The optimum time of the fermentation was 3 days. When Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger fermenting the semi-solid state maize stover culture medium, the contain of the Cellulose decreased by 28.90%, the Protein increased by 173.73% and the Hemicellulose and Lignin didn't change. The optimum time of the fermentation was six days. It shows that the result of combination strains fermenting on the liquid maize culture medium different from fermenting on the semi-solid state culture medium. The degeneration rate of the Cellulose and the productivity of Protein fermenting on the semi-solid state culture medium was higher than fermenting on the liquid culture medium. But the degeneration rate of Hemicellulose was lower than fermenting on the liquid culture medium. The optimum time of the fermentation was 3 days when fermenting on the moisure culture medium and six days when fermenting on the semi-solid state culture medium.finally, Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger wouldn't tie the anti-function. Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger grow well on the nature culture medium, and they didn't need adding the nitrogen source. The suitable culture temperature of Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger was 30℃. The suitable liquid culture medium of Candida tropicali and Aspergillus niger contain 6g maize stover powder and 200ml water in the 500ml conical flask. The optimum culture medium for Aspergillus niger or combination strains was the semi-solid state. The optimumtime that Aspergillus niger fermenting on the semi-solid state maize stover culture medium was 3 days. The optimum time that the combination strains fermenting on the semi-solid state maize stover culture medium was 6 days.
