Because of the different dimension, structure, and constitution of nanocomplex, they exhibit unique luminescence character and chemical character. Two fluorescence nanocomplex probe are introduced in this thesis, polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers and CdTe/silicic complex mesopore nanoparticles.As ethylenediamine, methanol, methyl acrylate to be raw material, exhaustive Michael addition and acid amide reaction are occurred alternanted, then we get 0.5G to 5G products. With microwave assited, the reaction are accelerate largely. We study the fluorescence intensity of PAMAM synthesized with common ways and microwave assited. The latter exhibit stronger fluorescence intensity, and the intensity is getting stronger with the generation increasing. We also studied the interaction between PAMAM and some small drug molecules, pay attention on the luminescence peak displacement and intensity. All these display a promising future for drug delivery .We also synthesis CdTe/silicic complex mesopore nanoparticles by self-assembed and in-situ methods, discuss the fluorescence intensity of them. By adjusting fitting reaction conditions, we can get aperture in order, perfect crystal nano-complex, which exhibit good water-solubility, high fluorescence intensity. Different metal ions can affect fluorescence intensity of the complex, we studied on that and expect to apply it in the fluorescence sensor.
