First of all, in this study, Furfitral wastewater was degradated with static-state micro-electrolysis laboratory;all kinds of influencing factors were investigated.According to the results,the optimal effect was obtained when the comparison of the filler : wastewater =1:2,and the initial pH of reaction solution was the original water's pH (pH : 1.5), Fe:C=1:4, with the cast-iron scraps,and t=30min.At this condition,the disposal rates of furfitral wastewater of COD in the reaction solution respectively reached 75%.when the airflow rate was 6 hours, the COD in the reaction solution respectively reached 32.4%,too. At this time the COD of the wastewater was 4980.4 mg/ L, BOD5 was 2988.2, the BOD5/ COD of original water rised from 0.38 to 0.6, the bio-chemical trait of wastewater was proved remarkably .It was because of iron-carbon original battery process and produce a great quantities live material in a series of assistant process, such as H,H2O2,·OH, the wastewater was degradated by the live materials.In the second place, I adopted the best condition earned from static state micro-electrolysis method processing furfitral wastewater, started the experiment of laboratory dynamic micro-electrolysis method solution the Furfitral wastewater, in the next step, I disposed the iron-carbon filler in the dynamic experiment device with regeneration method , and took it into usage later, after 6 hours, the COD in the reaction solution respectively reached 20%,too.Analyzing the ultraviolet eyeable spectrogram of furfitral wastewater's original water and micro-eletrolysis water, and contrasting the infrared absorbing spectrogram of furfitral wastewater solution, I conjectured that there may have formaldehyde and formyl being produced in the process of micro-electrolysis method treating furfitral wastewater.At last I adopted the actived sludge method to degradate the water of micro-electrolysis process, seeded with mesophilic about actived sludge for 20 days, cultivation to make it suitable for the Furfitral wastewater containing much organic matter completely.Then making use of the cultivated actived sludge to treat the micro-electrolysis water, it can raise the pH value further, from the micro-electrolysis water's 5.5 rised to 7.0; At this time the COD of the wastewater was from 4898.5 mg/L of micro-electrolysis's water to the 953.4 mg/ L, the water's color changed from a little yellow to colorless, it can greatly ameliorate the wasterwater's quality .
