The development at full speed of modern science and technology and social economy, make people's living standard improve constantly, life quality improve greatly, and the human health has already become one of the themes studied in our times. People are more and more urgent to green healthy medicines and green safe food, and to develop and utilize the natural plant to bring benefit for man kind, which is the present developing trend.Flos Magnoliae is one of commonly used Chinese herb which can relieve Exterior Zheng. It belonging to lung and stomach meridian is warm in nature and pungent in flavor and has the action of expelling Cold and clearing the nasal passage, so it stands important in nose department. Flos Magnoliae has been applied to treating allergic rhinitis and nasosinusitis and has significant effect. Volatile oil is one of its main effective components.Volatile oil(essential oil) is the difining of a kind of oil from plants, which has aroma and low boil. Volatile oil contains terpene and its oxide, it is contained in plants,and we use its content to estimate its qualityThis article takes volatile oil from Chinese herb as the target, discusses and compares extractions, analysis methods and the components from volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp. (VOMbP)[Objects]Study the extractive technology of the Volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.(VOMbP) and identify its chemical compositions; Carry on security appraisal to VOMbP, and study the antibiotic and antiviruse fects and immune regulation; Study inclusion technology for inclusion compound of VOMbP.[Methods]The VOMbP was extracted by Steam Distillatio, organic solvent method, Microwave-assisted solvent method, ultrasonic-assisted solvent method and supercritical CO2 method and its chemical compositions were analyzed by gaseous chromatogram-mfiss spectrum (GC-MS).[Results]1. The VOMbP was extracted by Steam Distillatio, and its extraction rate was 1.649%, The VOMbP was extracted by organic solvent method, and its extraction rate was 1.901%, The VOMbP was extracted by Microwave-assisted solvent method, and its extraction rate was 2.05%, The VOMbP was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted solvent method, and its extraction rate was 2.25%, The VOMbP was extracted by SPE-CO2 method, and its extraction rate was 2.54%.2. The condition of microwave-assisted extraction Flos Magnoliae volatile oil was studied through orthogonal design. The effects of radiation time, microwave power, volume of solvent for extraction and the volume of solvent for washing cake on extraction yield are discussed in orthogonal experiments. Data illustrates that radation time 60s, microwave power 288w, volumeof solvent for extraction 120mland volume of solvent for washing cake 20ml give the best results.3. The condition of SPE-CO2 method extraction Flos Magnoliae volatile oil was studied through orthogonal design. The effects of extraction time, separate pressure, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and separate temperature on extraction yield are discussed in orthogonal experiments. Data illustrates that extraction time 1h, separate pressure 8.0mPa, extraction pressure 30mPa, extraction temperature 32℃and separate temperature 30℃give the best results.4. The volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp. was analyzed by gas chromatography– mass spectrum that described in the last part of the third chapter.5. There are 28eighteen compounds detected in the volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.extracted by Steam Distillatio. The maximum content of component is cineole, and the content is 19.19%, the second content of component isα-muumlene, and the content is 13.94%.6. There are 27eighteen compounds detected in the volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.extracted by organic solvent method. The maximum content of component isα-muumlene, and the content is 14.65%, the second content of component is cineole, and the content is 10.56%.7. There are eighteen compounds detected in the volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.extracted by Microwave-assisted solvent method. The maximum content of component is cineole, and the content is 13.21%, the second content of component is germacrene, and the content is 12.15%.8. There are 31 compounds detected in the volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.extracted by ultrasonic-assisted solvent method. The maximum content of component is cineole, and the content is 13.21%, the second content of component is farnesene, and the content is 10.42%.9. There are 55 compounds detected in the volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.extracted by supercritical CO2 method. The maximum content of component is farnesene, and the content is 14.787%, the second content of component is ledol, and the content is 11.051%.[Conclusions]The volatile oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.extracted by different motned have the different chemical components and contents.
