It is significant in theory and practice to study on manufacturing machine tool structural elements with excellent static and dynamic properties by using new material for improving machining quality and the whole mechanical manufacturing industry standard. For continuationing the theory of manufacturing machine tool structural elements using SFPC, thus drown that is reasonable and advantage to made machine tool structural elements using SFPC. The main researches are listed as follow:The dynamic of SFPC is studied, and the mechanics of damping is explained from microstructure. The precise formula of the dynamic of SFPC is deduced.The thermal expansion coefficient and the ratio of specific heat thermal parameters of SFPC are studied by experimental test and theory analysis. The heat stress of interface of SFPC under thermal deformation is studied, the relationship between the heat stress of interface of SFPC and the temperature changes are gained.The thermal distortion properties of SFPC machine tool structural elements is studied based on the work situation of machine; the thermal properties of SFPC machine tool bed structure is studied using ANSYS ; the thermal rigidity of SFPC machine tool bed structure is studied. Concluding that machine tool structural elements made in SFPC is superior to that one in iron in thermal properties.
