Interpolation technique is of the core techniques of numerical control technology. Its quality will affect the quality of numerical control system directly and is the tache in the dire need to be improved at present. Moreover the interpolation algorithm directly affects the machining speed and the accuracy of the CNC system. present. In this dissertation, NURBS curves direct interpolation are researched to meet the requirement for software open CNC .Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) is the most popular parametric curve in practical industry design. The possession of NURBS curve interpolation function is the symbol of advanced performance of CNC system. In this paper, math description and computation method of NURBS curves is introduce specially, then method of NURBS curves direct interpolation is gave and is optimized.In this paper, acceleration constrains of interpolation algorithm is gave, but evaluations is complex, real-time of interpolation is influenced, and interpolation is optimized. Real time constraints of interpolation error and federate adopted make cutlery along with the change automatically adjust.Methods discussed in this paper were realized by using the C++ programming language, and were used into the practical CNC system exploitation. Experiments showed that these methods and algorithms were of highly applied value. In a word, the study of this topic has not only important academic value but also high engineering value...
