Shaftkind parts and components, which play important parts in mechanical devices, are widely bended and deformed during manufacturing. So shaftkind parts must be precise straightened in order to ensure their qualities.Based on previous research and papers, this dissertation adopts the metal elastic-plastic mechanics theory, builds up the shaftkind parts' straightening model, analyses the relation among bending moment, curvature and deflection in the straightening process, and builds up a method of precise straightening based on the stroke as controlled object.YH40-10 type numerical control precise straightening machine's control system is studied and designed. the system hardware structure and the choice of hardware device are introduced detailed in paper.Meanwhile the paper researches the hydraulic-servo system of the numerical control precise straightening machine, analyses the structure and character of the system, and builds up the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic position servo system by applying the method of transfer function., researches and analyses dynamic characters (includes system stability, system precision and etc) base on the model of position servo system under different loads. The position servo system is simulated in paper by using the Matlab/Simulik software. The research contents provide the theory basis for the further theoretical research and production practice of numerical control precise straightening machine.The practice results indicate that YH40-10 type numerical control precise straightening machine meets the need of practical straightening, and improve production efficiency and processing quality.
