In the analyse of pesticide residue,the pretreatments of samples are very important peocesses. They may not only affect the final analytical results directly but also affect the worktime of the detection instrument. Traditional pretreatments of samples such as Soxhlet Extraction liquid-liquid Extraction,have many operations and wast lots of time, otherwise the plentiful organic solvent may pollute the environment.Besides,the decrease concentration of the analysis substance and the stability changes make it difficult to analysis veracity.So we need to improve the simple rapid and efficient pretreatment processes of samples.Combined with agriculture department standard NY/T 761.1-2004, the custom-made preparation device is applied for rapid preparation of pesticide residues in vegetable samples consulting ultrasonic and solid-phase extraction method. The device can cooperate with following Gas chromatography/Mass Spectrograph and achieve the rapid detection of pesticide residues.In the experiment we use acetonitrile as extraction solvent.Whisk the sample and vibrate it using ultrasonic,then filtrate the extraction by vacuumizing,and then deposited in the glass tube,and get through the PSA C18 and Florisil phase extraction tube complete the cleanse,at last use selected ion mode to analyses the pesticide residues.The theoretics analysis and experiment results indicate that, the preparation device could mix vegetables, extract pesticide residues cleanse extraction continuously.The device could achieve the whole pretreatment process in 10min.The LOD values were in the range 0.0147-1.25mg·kg-1,and the recoveries were in the range 74-99%.It can satisfy the desire of the mlti-pesticide residues.This device is simple convenient and sensitive and it can be used for rapid detection in massive vegetable market.
