In this research, Fe2O3→TiO2 were prepared by iron oxide yellow after deadburining, butyl titanate and ethanol by using sol-gel method, The sample were characterized by XRD, XPS TEM BET techniques. Acid scarlet and Tartrazine dyestuff were treated by the Fe2O3→TiO2 photocatalysis, The results showed that:(1) Through characterized by XRD, TEM, BET, XPS, the TiO2 of the surface of 19.6% TiO2/Fe2O3 by calcine at 300℃for 2h were even spread and the TiO2 were nanocomposites.(2) pH=6,initial concentration was 20mg/L, dosage is 0.4g/l, 1000w xenon lamp lights, after 2h, the degradation for acid scarlet dyestuff was 92.7% and adsorption rate is only 47.2%. So its not only a good adsorbability also have excellent photocatalysis effect.(3) Compositing catalyst is reused through the method of calcining, after calcine at 300℃for 2 hours, removing ratio for acid scarlet dyestuff only reduces 6.7% on 1000w xenon lamp lights for reuse 3 times and removing ratio for tartrazine dyestuff only reduces 9.1 % with 300w high-pressure mercury lamp for reuse 4 times. It has high value for recovery utilization.(4) It has better photocatalysis effect on Tartrazine with 300w high - pressure mercury lamp than without it. The degradation can reach more than 99.6% within 30 minutes.
