Since professor H.Gleiter prepared the metal nanoparticle with cleanly surface which was synthesis in inert gases by vaporizing and agglomerating in 1984, nanomaterials have been attracting much interesting because of their unique physical and chemical characters as well as their potential applications in highly active catalysts, magnetic media, novel fluorescent materials and biomedicine materials and so on. Nowadays the new moments of nanothechnology are novel, simple, controllable, and reproducible methods in preparing of nanomaterials and synthesis novel functional nanomaterials.Take into account of this, in this dissertation, we have discussions and researches in preparing of spherical BN and A1N in large scale. We also have some primary researches on preparing ,coating and doping of cerium phosphate.1. Offering a novel method in two steps—ultra-atomizing method, using this method we synthesis large scale spherical boron nitride and aluminum nitride particles with an uniform diameter. We also have discussions in the experimental conditions such as precursors and temperature which have effects on the shape and purity of them, and we found the condition with optimization, So its possible to product these samples in industry for the excellence in convenient and economical.2. Using a simple method to synthesis the nanotube of cerium phosphate with hexagonal structure, and character its structure, observe the samples emission spectrum and intensity by photoluminescence. Have discussions in the mechanisms of the synthesis and radiation of it, and we also have some studies in its coating and doping...
