| 2-cyanoacrylates have been used widespread in agrochemicals in recent years. It has become one of important trends in the research and development of agrochemicals because of their unique mechanism of action and good environmental profiles. In this paper, two series of novel 2-cyanoacrylates were designed and synthesized. What the paper studied may be summarized as follows:1. 2-cyanoacrylates with herbicidal, insecticidal and fungicidal activities are summarized in this paper, the course of discovery, optimization of structure, mechanism of action, structure-activity relationship and synthetic methods were also introduced.2. Thirty-two unreported compounds in two series were synthesized, the structure of all these compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and MS. These compounds are summarized as follow.3. Herbicidal, insecticidal and fungicidal activities of these compounds wentioned above were studied, the results showed that some of them possessed obvious insecticidal and bactericidal activities, eg. at 25 mg/L, II1 showed biological activity of 90% above against Gibberella zeae and I22 showed biological activity of 50% above against Pyricularia oryzae. At 500 mg/L, II1, II3 showed biological activity about 80% against Nephotettix cincticeps and I11, I22 showed biological activity about 50% against Aphis fabae. |
