The heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen atom such as triazole, pyridine and triazole rings play an important role in modern chemical pesticides. In order to find novel lead heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen, we designed and synthesized three series of hydrazide,amide,acylthiourea compounds by bringing 2-chloro-5-chloromethyl pyridine and 2-chloro-5-chloromethyl thiazole into 1,2,3-triazole framework. Totally, 28 novel tatget including 9 new intermediates compounds were obtained. The general formulas of these compounds are as follows:(1) N- (substituted phenoxyacetyl), N'- [(1-substituted pyridyl (thiazolyl) methyl)-5-me thyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-formyl] hydrazine (9)(2) N- (4,6-disubstituted pyrimidin-2-yl), N'- [(1-(substituted pyridyl (thiazolyl) methyl)-5-methyl-1H-1, 2, 3-triazol-4-formyl] thiourea (10)(3) N- (4,6-disubstituted pyrimidin-2-yl) 1- (substituted pyridyl (thiazolyl) methyl)-5-methyl-1H-1, 2, 3-triazol-4-formamide (9) Their structures of the target comopounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis. Their properties of physical, chemical and spectroscopy of these title compounds were systematically investigated. The synthetic methods and reaction conditions were also studied. The fungicidal, insectical and herbicidal activity of the target compounds and their relationship between the structure and activity were also investigated.
