This thesis mainly consists of three parts:The first part is reviews which contains two chapters. The first chapter summarizes the wide application of coupling reaction catalyzed by Palladium in the confirmation of C-C bond. The coupling reaction involving Still reaction Coupling, Sonogashira Coupling reaction, Suzuki Coupling reaction, Negishi coupling reaction, Kumada Coupling raction, Hiyama Coupling reaction and Heck Coupling reaction. The second chapter focuses on the reactions under ultrasound irradiation in organic chemistry.The second part is about studying on the synthesis of 1-ferrocenyl-2-aryl acetylenes under ultrasound irradiation. The reaction was performed in short time and in good yield using ethynylferrocene and aryl iodide as the starting materials PdCl2 as catalyst, triethylamine as base, acetone as solvent at room temperature under ballon pressure of argeon. All those mentioned compounds have been determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB, IR and EA.The third part introduces the application and preparation on Cyanex 272.
