Solid-State Synthesis Of Pyrazoles And Synthesis Of Ferrocene Derivatives

This thesis mainly consists of the following three parts: The first part is study of synthesis of Pyrazoles via 1,3-cycloaddition ofα,β-alkynyl ketones with hydrazines in solid phase. And we briefly introduce their properties and their applications in organic reactions and organic synthesis in solid state.The second part introduces the applications and development of ferrocene and its derivatives, and describes the synthesis of various 3-amino-1-ferrocenylprop-2-en-1-one via Michael additional reaction in the solvent of ethanol. The results show that the method gives 3-amino-1-ferroceneylprop-2-en-1-one in good yields.In the third part, we compare Heck reaction with Suzuki coupling reaction in the same condition. The results show that Suzuki coupling reaction proceeds more easily, and the single product is given.All those the compounds mentioned have been determined by ¹HNMR, ¹³CNMR, MS or FAB and IR.
