The first part: The gossypol has a higher economical value. Optimizing the technology, the extraction process is lower toxicity than the traditional process .The extractant is verified by1H,13C,XRD,IR,HPLC, the yield is high, the purity of the adduct is over 98.5%. In order to inhibit the oxidation of gossypol, encapsulated gossypol and its mechanism is also discussed. Improving the pharmogic activity of gossypol, we separated R-(-)gossypol using chemical method and recrystallization method.The second part: Processing technology of preparation and refinement of biodiesel has been studied, in which, attapulgite has been used as catalyst support and adsorbent. In this paper, attapulgite was used as support of solid acid catalyst, and SO42-/ZrA was collected as catalyst of preparation of biodiesel, which was pre-roasted at 100℃for 6h , dipped in 1M H2SO4 for 0.5h, then baked at 600℃for 8h. The yield of the biodiesel could reach 87.8%, and the catalyst in the reaction could be reused for three times. After the product was isolated and passed through modified attapulgite, and the produce didn't engender floccule.This method greatly reduces purification time and raises the quality of biodiesel.
